How to start using your card

Don’t have a BENEFIA account yet?

  1. In the BENEFIA app or in your user portal, click on Register
  2. Enter the last 8 digits of your card and your account login code
  3. Set a password and log in to your account

Do you already have a BENEFIA account?

  1. Log in to the BENEFIA app or your user portal
  2. Activate your card and you can start using it

What are the different codes for?

Account login code

One-time verification code for a new BENEFIA account. If you already have a BENEFIA account, you will not need this code

PIN

Used to confirm card payments over €50. You can view it in the BENEFIA app or in your user portal

Activation code (AK)

Used to activate contactless mobile payments (NFC payments)
